Mood Disorders CARE Clinic

The CARE clinic only uses the personal data you have provided for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, and providing further information about the clinic. The information you provide will be accessed by a member of the CARE clinic team, who will contact you to:

• Provide details about the clinic and,  

• Discuss next steps, if you would like to hear more about the research clinic. 

 

You will not be added to a mailing list, and you will not automatically be signed up to attend the clinic or take part in any studies. We will use the information to contact you and have an initial discussion about what we offer.

 

We will hold the personal data you provided us with for as long as necessary. If you are not eligible or do not wish to take part; or after 3 months of no response from you, we will delete your information. Alternatively, you can opt to remove your details at any time.

 

We do not use profiling or automated decision-making processes.  A human decision maker will always be involved before any decision is reached in relation to you. This Privacy Statement is continued at:
